A company's ability to innovate by creating or enhancing products and services is crucial for maintaining competitiveness and achieving commercial growth. This distinctive practice-oriented Masters program aims to equip graduates (from science, engineering, design, computing, and business backgrounds) with a comprehensive professional skillset for managing innovation processes through strategic, research-driven, and knowledge-sharing competencies. The curriculum bridges academic research with regional SMEs while addressing specific skill shortages in this sector. Participants will actively pursue their interests by conducting research collaborations with local businesses, gaining hands-on experience in research methodologies and practical organizational problem-solving through project-based learning.

This program caters to both students and working professionals seeking to enter or enhance their careers in research and innovation. It's particularly valuable for final-year students looking to elevate an existing project to a Level 9 qualification while applying their learning in actual workplace settings.
