An honours undergraduate degree NFQ level 8 with minimum 21 award or international equivalence in a Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering degree programme

TOEFL IBT - iBT 90 no less than 21 in writing and at least 19 in every other section in the Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL.
