The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nutrition & Exercise Science is a four-year, full-time honours degree program available through the Exercise Sciences Common Entry Pathway. This comprehensive program equips graduates with expertise to support both elite athletes and general populations in achieving optimal nutrition. Students will develop skills to enhance athletic performance through tailored dietary strategies while also promoting public health through evidence-based weight management and nutritional guidance. The curriculum focuses on performance nutrition, exercise physiology, sports-specific supplementation, and safety considerations for athletic populations.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
