The Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Health and Exercise Science is a four-year, full-time honours degree program available through the Exercise Sciences Common Entry pathway. This interdisciplinary program merges exercise science with physical activity studies. Graduates will acquire expertise to support diverse populations, including individuals with health conditions, in adopting physical activity and structured exercise regimens. The curriculum provides comprehensive training in exercise physiology, biomechanics, psychology, nutrition, physical activity principles, strength conditioning, and exercise program design.
You should be at least 17 years of age in January of the year of entry.
You must have a Secondary/High School Diploma, with good grades in English and Mathematics and at least 4 other subjects, on average + 60%.
