This program is designed for individuals aspiring to teach technology, engineering, and graphics at the secondary school level. Throughout this four-year degree, students will explore design principles, innovation techniques, and develop creative problem-solving skills to address real-world challenges in society and industry. Delivered collaboratively by DCU and Technological University of the Shannon (TUS), the first half of the program occurs at TUS's Athlone campus, while the concluding years are based at DCU's Institute of Education in Dublin. Upon completion, graduates will be certified to instruct Technology, Engineering, and Design and Communication Graphics in post-primary education settings.
GCE A LEVELS
General Certificate in Education qualifications must meet one of the following requirements, in addition to any specific programme requirements.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or have an equivalent qualification.
