DCU's Economics, Politics and Law (EPL) program offers a comprehensive exploration of the interconnected systems that govern our world. This interdisciplinary course builds expertise across three key areas, starting with core subjects like microeconomics, macroeconomics, political theory, and legal fundamentals - no prior experience required. As students advance, they can focus on specialized fields ranging from Urban Economics to Comparative Politics or Civil Rights Law. The curriculum includes essential research methodology training to enhance academic capabilities. Graduates gain transferable skills prized in diverse fields including financial services, public administration, legal practice, and international organizations. The program cultivates critical competencies in analytical reasoning, collaborative work, persuasive communication, and investigative methods. Students can earn their BA in three years or opt for a fourth year of international study or professional internship experience.
GCE A LEVELS
General Certificate in Education qualifications must meet one of the following requirements, in addition to any specific programme requirements.
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or have an equivalent qualification.
