The Bachelor of Education (BEd) specializing in French as a Second Language (FSL) meets a critical demand in the province for skilled French language educators. Each year, the Faculty of Education offers courses at Glendon campus for a dedicated group of students, equipping them to teach in French Immersion settings. Upon completing the BEd program, graduates become eligible for certification through the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).

Primarily based at Glendon campus, this French-focused Bachelor of Education program prepares future educators for teaching in French Immersion, Core French, and Extended French programs across all grade levels (Primary-Junior, Junior-Intermediate, and Intermediate-Senior). Instruction is mainly conducted in French, with a strong focus on fostering appreciation for Francophone cultures. The curriculum incorporates both community and school-based practical training.

Glendon's BEd program requires concurrent enrollment in a Glendon Bachelor's degree. The program prioritizes advanced French language skills and cultural competency, with substantial practicum experience arranged in Ontario's French Immersion schools. Courses are delivered in both English and French, and applicants must pass a French language proficiency evaluation.
