Our Spanish Studies program provides a 3-year Bachelor of Arts option (available as Single Major, Double Major, or Combined Major). The curriculum enhances both communication abilities and analytical thinking - essential skills for navigating the complexities of diverse Hispanic cultures. Students explore Latin American and Spanish heritage through multimedia resources, including digital content, films, literary works, and advanced language training with translation exercises. Though united by language, Spanish encompasses countless cultural variations. Whether you're a native speaker, learning Spanish as an additional language, or adding it to your multilingual repertoire, the University of Winnipeg's Spanish program delivers valuable cultural insights and professional advantages for any future career.
