Participants will cultivate evidence-informed competencies to address the diverse healthcare requirements of Canada's multicultural society, focusing on wellness strategies, disease prevention, and managing health challenges.
The Nursing Leadership concentration examines modern nursing leadership principles across administration, research, and education. Learners will critically evaluate various educational, environmental, and policy factors affecting Canada's healthcare landscape.
Participants will develop capabilities to influence policy formation and healthcare decisions, both within the nursing profession and the broader healthcare sector.
