The School of Creative Arts presents an MFA in Film and Media Arts program.
Similar to the MFA in Visual Arts, this program concentrates on studio production while fostering cross-disciplinary teamwork. Students produce films and multimedia works across diverse genres as they work toward completing a thesis project.
Our distinguished faculty regularly showcase their work through exhibitions, performances, and film screenings both nationally and internationally.
Presently, School of Creative Arts professors are engaged in numerous externally funded initiatives investigating multimedia performance, the convergence of art and biotechnology, ecological themes, architectural concepts, documentary filmmaking, and urban cultural studies. We welcome applications from artists working across various contemporary mediums.
