The Political Science department provides two dynamic graduate study options: a one-year M.A. program (running September to September) that includes coursework plus either a substantial research paper or thesis, and an M.A. internship track blending academic study with a six-month paid professional placement.
We guarantee financial support packages that compete favorably with other MA programs.
With more than twelve dedicated faculty members all conducting active research, our M.A. program offers students exceptional opportunities to engage with diverse faculty projects. Detailed information about each professor's work is available in their profiles on our faculty page.
The department hosts two significant research institutes: the Jerusalem Old City Initiative and the Cross-Border Institute. Graduate students have collaborated extensively with the Jerusalem Initiative since its founding, contributing to important diplomatic research and participating in high-profile discussions regarding Jerusalem's status through Track II diplomacy efforts.
