With its extensive and varied faculty, the department enables students to focus on nearly any economics specialization.
The MA program consists solely of coursework (without a thesis requirement) and spans about eight months, commencing in mid-August. (Please note that classes begin earlier than the standard University of Toronto academic calendar). Admissions occur exclusively in August each year, with no January intake.
