The Resource and Environmental Studies curriculum provides students with knowledge of environmental laws, natural resource governance, current ecological challenges, and public health concerns, while examining their impacts on Indigenous communities, traditions, and historical contexts.
This Bachelor of Arts degree in Resource and Environmental Studies is offered collaboratively between Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Woodland Campus and First Nations University of Canada. Applicants must first complete either the Resource and Environmental Law Diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Prince Albert Campus or the Integrated Resource Management Diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
Upon finishing the Saskatchewan Polytechnic diploma, students receive 60 credit hours through block transfer. The additional 60 credit hours must be completed through University of Regina coursework.
Students must have completed High School (Secondary School) or partial post-secondary.

IELTS – Academic: Overall Band score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score of 59, No area with less than 59
MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery): 85
