The Master of Nursing (MN) program is built on core primary healthcare principles, equipping nurses for advanced practice by blending theory, research, and clinical application. Graduates will demonstrate expertise in evidence-based care, leadership, clinical judgment, analytical reasoning, and teamwork across diverse healthcare environments.

The MN program offers two pathways: the Thesis option and the Nurse Practitioner specialization. This graduate program leverages faculty expertise while maintaining its primary healthcare emphasis. Both pathways prepare graduates for advanced practice roles in primary healthcare. MN Thesis graduates qualify for diverse advanced positions, including direct patient care (individuals, families, communities), education, healthcare administration, and research.
