The Master of Education in Educational Administration and Leadership program prepares professionals and scholars to strengthen their management and leadership skills for administrative positions.
Participants develop theoretical understanding, practical knowledge, competencies, and abilities by examining school transformation, organizational dynamics, educational governance, leadership responsibilities, and multicultural environments.

This specialization appeals particularly to Canadian and international educators, given the increasing worldwide need for qualified school administrators with recognized certifications.
Applicants to the MEd in Curriculum & Instruction are required to have:
A Bachelor of Education degree or its equivalent
A grade point average of at least 3.0 (B, or its equivalent)
At least one year of teaching or related professional experience
International applicants whose first language is not English must submit language scores that meet or exceed:
International English language testing system (IELTS) = band 7 in all categories
Paper-based TOEFL = 650
Computer-based TOEFL = 280
TWE = 5.5
Deadline: The MEd Administration & Leadership Program deadline dates are Jan. 31 (intended start date in May or September) and July 31 (intended start date in January).
