Students joining UNB's political science graduate program develop essential analytical abilities to engage meaningfully in political discourse at all levels. The curriculum focuses on constructing compelling arguments while examining modern political issues, equity concerns, conflict resolution, ethical dilemmas, and other key topics.

Our dual-campus master's program in Fredericton and Saint John connects students with top academics who provide insights into political structures, governance processes, and societal transformation. Qualification Requirements

All applicants should normally hold an undergraduate major or honours degree in political science with a minimum GPA of 3.5 B or for international applicants a Second Class Upper Division degree
Applicants who do not satisfy the requirements for full graduate student status may be eligible for a qualifying year
