Our clinical psychology program holds accreditation from The Canadian Psychological Association and follows a scientist-practitioner approach. Students receive comprehensive training to develop competencies for working with clients of all ages, from children to adults. The Psychological Wellness Centre, our on-campus training facility, allows students to start applying their emerging clinical skills during their initial year. Research capabilities are strengthened through mentorship programs and thesis work, with options available across various methodologies and both theoretical and practical subjects.

The experimental track readies graduates for diverse professional paths in scientific, academic, and practical environments, utilizing a mentorship framework that offers customized research, instructional, and hands-on learning experiences. These are conducted in partnership with faculty advisors, colleagues, and external organizations. We maintain a collaborative relationship with our Saint John campus to broaden access to psychological research projects and academic offerings.
