The Master of Education in Language and Literacy is a comprehensive program covering education from early childhood through higher education. This program aims to build theoretical knowledge and enhance practical skills for conducting independent research. Studies may explore language through social, political, and cultural lenses. Educators in this field focus on childhood language acquisition, reading assessment and intervention, plus language's role in learning across all subjects and grade levels. The curriculum can be tailored to meet requirements for Reading Clinician certification. Students can earn their MEd in Language & Literacy through either a Thesis-Based or Course-Based pathway.
