The Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies (PACS) focuses on analyzing and addressing societal conflicts through peace research. It explores the underlying causes of social divisions, structural inequalities, and investigates approaches for fostering community development and advancing social justice. This collaborative program is overseen by a Joint Discipline committee with faculty representatives from both the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg.

Qualification Requirements

To be considered for admission to the PACS Master of Arts program, you must have a minimum of:
A Four-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in either: peace and conflict studies, conflict analysis and resolution or another related discipline.
A minimum GPA of 3.0 in the last 60 credit hours of study

IELTS - 6.5 overall, TOEFL IBT - Overall score of 86, 20 in Reading, 20 in Writing, 20 in Listening, 20 in Speaking.
