The Human Nutritional Sciences program examines nutrition's influence across all aspects of human existence—from cellular processes to worldwide communities. Our curriculum investigates nutrition's relevance to diverse human requirements and living patterns, its significance for public wellness, and its function in disease prevention and treatment.
The Bachelor of Science (Human Nutritional Sciences) spans four years and offers three specialization paths:
Nutrition Track: Study nutrition's contribution to health enhancement and illness avoidance. Opportunity exists to incorporate dietetics coursework for pursuing practicums and achieving Registered Dietitian credentials.
Foods Track: Master techniques for creating health-promoting food items that enhance the food sector's production, processing, and marketing capabilities.
Food Industry Track: Investigate how health and nutrition considerations shape the food sector through focused studies in quality control, product innovation, or industry leadership.
