Collaborating with the Antigonish Farmers Market, nutrition students engage with local growers, food businesses, and community groups to encourage healthier dietary habits in the area. The curriculum covers fundamental sciences essential for health professions such as dietetics, medicine, and pharmacy, while also providing specialized applied science training.
