The Master of Education (MEd) program is tailored for aspiring professionals seeking to develop expertise and practical skills for careers in specialized fields. This practitioner-focused degree prepares graduates for leadership roles that demand advanced knowledge beyond undergraduate studies, without requiring a thesis component.
The MEd in Modern Languages offers a customizable, interdisciplinary graduate experience with concentrations available in: French as a Second/Additional Language instruction, Asia-Pacific language studies, various modern language pedagogies, or Indigenous language preservation and teaching methodologies.
An approved Bachelor’s degree and, for K-12 teachers, one year of teacher education;* OR a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Education
