Developed to address growing demand, the program explores the intersection of curriculum leadership and school organizational leadership. Designed for K-12 educators, it helps participants enhance their expertise in both domains.

This partnership program unites the Educational Administration and Leadership Program with the Department of Curriculum and Pedagogy. It emerged from rising interest in blending curriculum leadership with school management strategies. Targeted at K-12 teachers, the program equips educators with dual competencies. Graduates will take on leadership roles in schools, positively impacting student learning outcomes.

Prospective students must satisfy admission requirements for both program components. Applicants should submit a single application that addresses both sets of criteria. Accepted students receive temporary faculty advisors from each participating department.
