The Educational Administration and Leadership Program (EDAL) is a graduate-level initiative designed for individuals aspiring to take on leadership roles across various educational environments. Participants will develop the skills to lead as educators, administrators, and agents of educational transformation in both school and community contexts.
Our program unites scholars and professionals from diverse academic backgrounds—including philosophy, law, educational administration, organizational studies, sociology, policy analysis, media studies, and Indigenous education. With experience spanning multiple global regions (Southeast Asia, Western Asia, North America, and the Pacific), our faculty brings a wealth of national and cultural perspectives. This diversity enhances our curriculum, offering students exposure to both Canadian and international perspectives on educational leadership.
