Internationally acclaimed for its cutting-edge instruction and artistic research, the Printmaking program boasts a team of distinguished, prize-winning faculty, staff, and technical experts whose creations have graced galleries, academic institutions, and cultural venues worldwide.

Core printmaking techniques include relief printing, intaglio/etching, screenprinting, lithography, and digital methods. This diverse spectrum of printing techniques empowers artists to experiment with numerous visual expressions and create works using various materials (such as wood and metal, layered images, and the fusion of hand-drawn elements with photographic and digital components). Printmaking serves as a remarkably versatile medium that bridges multiple artistic disciplines - from drawing and design to photography, digital arts, bookmaking, and even extends into mixed-media, sculpture, and installation art. While honoring printmaking's rich heritage, our program actively encourages innovation and the advancement of printmaking techniques.
