The MA in Leadership offers two core curriculum approaches – Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. This program builds leadership skills through our Competency Model, shaping emerging leaders into confident, impactful servant-leaders ready for today's complex world.

Featuring concentrations in Business, Education, Health Care, General studies, plus various certificate choices, the program provides multiple pathways to incorporate leadership into your career.

The culminating experience is a guided Leadership Integration Project (LIP) where students apply the leadership competency framework. This capstone enhances leadership abilities across the five key sectors central to MA Lead. Those pursuing the Thesis Option must apply separately, focusing on comprehensive research from problem identification through data analysis to final presentation of results.
