Trent University's International Development Studies (IDS) program provides students with analytical frameworks to examine social change. Drawing from 10 different academic disciplines, the IDS curriculum addresses diverse topics including economic inequality, environmental issues, gender dynamics, and peace studies. Students engage with faculty from anthropology, political science, economics, and related fields through courses that combine theoretical foundations with hands-on learning, while prioritizing social justice and analytical skills.
