Political science examines government's societal function and its connection to justice, democracy, civic participation, and fundamental freedoms; explores policymaking at various levels; and investigates decision-making processes and conflict resolution. The curriculum features interactive simulations, community initiatives, research methodology, practical fieldwork, and global exchange options. Upon completion, you'll possess the analytical tools to evaluate and tackle societal, economic, ecological, and political issues while guiding communities through our intricate global landscape.
This program belongs to a group of 10 BA degrees that begin with a shared first-year curriculum.
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses including some program specific requirements.
English language requirements: IELTS: 6.5, TOEFL: 92-93 Internet-based, CAEL score of 70 and PTE score of 60, Cambridge English - 180 and above on C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency.
February 1 is the guaranteed consideration date for applications to all programs.
