The Postgraduate Certificate in Health Care Practice and Management is a non-degree program designed to help Internationally Educated Nurses adapt their existing qualifications and step into supervisory or administrative positions within Canada's evolving healthcare system. This intensive two-year course combines academic learning with hands-on application, enabling students to strengthen both their nursing theory understanding and clinical competencies in a Canadian setting. The curriculum incorporates leadership and organizational principles to equip participants for healthcare management roles. Core business and management theories are used to address real-world issues encountered in both public and private medical institutions.
Academic understanding will be assessed through examinations with multiple-choice questions, analytical case studies, and written projects. Clinical abilities will be judged based on student performance demonstrations. Maintaining professional behavior is mandatory during the entire program. Graduation Requirements: Passing all required courses and their respective evaluations.
