The Nursing degree program equips students to deliver healthcare services across diverse environments. Upon completion, graduates will practice nursing within established professional boundaries and in compliance with Ontario's nursing regulatory standards. Learners will develop skills to attend to patients individually or in groups, encompassing family units and close relations. The curriculum prepares students to assess clinical situations and apply sound judgment when administering patient care. Successful graduates qualify to take the NCLEX-RN examination, granting them Registered Nurse certification in Canada.
This specialized pathway offers Registered Practical Nurses a chance to join the Collaborative BScN program directly in year two, enabling them to finish their degree within a three-year timeframe
