The future holds unknowns and potential financial hazards. Actuaries analyze, measure, and control these risks. Your studies will cover math, statistics, economics, and finance to thoroughly prepare you for certification tests. Upon completing your degree, career paths may include life insurance, investment sectors, or foreign exchange markets. The Statistics and Actuarial Science Department provides a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in actuarial studies through the Science Faculty.
This actuarial program within the Science Faculty incorporates various business, economic, mathematical, and statistical subjects. As the world evolves quickly, so too do the diverse professional prospects available to graduates.
If you've completed, or are about to complete, your grade 12 or senior year in a Canadian, American, or international high school.
