Postsecondary diploma, advanced diploma or degree or equivalent in studies related to the 'built environment' with a minimum overall GPA of 65%.

CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language) online or in person - overall score 70 with no individual section below 60
Sheridan EPA test - Listening Band - 4.5 Reading Combined Band - 4.5 Writing - CLB 8
Sheridan's ESL program EAP level - A minimum score of 75% in listening and speaking and 75% in reading and writing. General Education courses and Navigating Digital Environments (INFO) minimum required grade of 50%.
