This program, structured around courses, mandates finishing 30 units of graduate-level coursework. This includes 24 units of essential core classes and 6 units of elective graduate-level PLAN courses. The core curriculum features a research project that serves as a culminating capstone course. Qualification Requirements
Applicants must have Bachelor's degree in planning [minimum 3.00 GPA (B)], must have at least two calendar years of planning experience. Applicants with significant experience and degrees other than planning will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Statement of Interest, two letters of academic recommendation, resume/CV, transcripts, a TOEFL score of 90 (Internet-based) or equivalent, where applicable. IELTS - 6.5, with at least 6.0 on each test band. Canadian Academic English Language Assessment - Overall 70 with at least 60 on each subtest.
