This specialized nine-month program is designed for graduates of York University's Law and Society Program or those holding a Justice Studies degree (or equivalent) from an Ontario university.
The curriculum prepares you for careers in the justice system, whether as a public service administrator or court/tribunal clerk. You'll explore Canadian legal principles, procedures, and ethics while developing practical skills in project management, legal research, public administration, and technology. Since the program emphasizes clear communication, proficiency in English is essential for success in both written and spoken assignments.
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or a mature applicant
English: Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent course
