This Correctional Services diploma delivers thorough theoretical and applied training—preparing you with the expertise, understanding, and practical exposure required to excel as a justice system practitioner.
Through studies in sociology, criminology, and psychology; core curriculum covering legal principles, justice administration, juvenile justice, substance abuse, reconciliation techniques, and penitentiary operations; plus focused training in correctional techniques, assessment methods, and guidance strategies—the Correctional Services program establishes a robust platform for professional achievement.
 
Applicants must have a minimum overall average of 65 percent, with no course grade lower than 50 percent, in the following high school courses:
ELA 30-1 or ELA 30-2
Three subjects from Group A, B, C, or D

Applicants with nine or more post-secondary credits must also present a minimum Admission Grade Point Average (AGPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
