This Honors Bachelor of Health Administration degree adopts a multidisciplinary method, equipping students with comprehensive knowledge, abilities, perspectives, and competencies essential for managing intricate healthcare systems. The curriculum trains learners to address requirements and focus areas for data-driven decision making, patient-focused care, wellness initiatives, disease prevention, fiscal responsibility, and contemporary executive guidance. Participants engage in hands-on learning experiences starting in their initial year, complemented by targeted instruction in healthcare technology, international and culturally diverse health practices, initiative development, medical legislation, conflict resolution, clinical safety, investigative studies, creative solutions, organizational supervision, and executive direction.
Previously titled Honors Bachelor of Healthcare Management (BHM)
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, including six Grade 12 U or M courses with a minimum overall average of 65%, or a mature applicant.
Required courses with minimum final grade of 65% in each:
English: Grade 12 ENG4U
Mathematic: any Grade 12 U
