Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Commercial Pilot program stands out as one of Canada's most cutting-edge and esteemed training programs, boasting strong industry partnerships and direct recruitment from regional airlines. Upon completion, graduates earn their Commercial Pilot License with either multi-engine or single-engine instrument ratings. This diploma program establishes a solid grounding in aviation fundamentals, combining classroom instruction at Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Saskatoon Campus on Koyl Ave. with practical flight training at a local flight school - offering benefits like minimal air traffic and abundant sunny flying days.

Career Prospects
The commercial aviation sector continues to grow, creating demand for certified pilots across various sectors including charter services, scheduled airlines, corporate fleets, delivery services, regional carriers, flight instruction, agricultural aviation, aerial imaging, and airport operations. Most graduates begin in ground crew roles with smaller operators, where demonstrating dedication and professional conduct paves the way to flight positions.
