Students who complete the combined technician-apprenticeship program earn credits applicable to the classroom component of an Industrial Electrician (442A) apprenticeship. Those choosing the co-op pathway may additionally accumulate practical apprenticeship hours.
Waivers for apprenticeship classroom instruction will be assessed case-by-case, requiring students to maintain at least a 60% grade in all core subjects.
Finishing this program also qualifies apprentices for partial exemptions from the Electrician Construction and Maintenance - 309A Apprenticeship program's classroom requirements.
