Criminology focuses on understanding and addressing criminal behavior. As a student in this field, you'll explore crime prevention strategies, regulatory frameworks, penal systems, law enforcement, incarceration, rehabilitation approaches, restorative justice models, and human rights considerations. The curriculum examines criminal behavior patterns, how society defines crime, and the policies and political dynamics shaping justice systems.

Students are required to have completed the equivalent of grade 12 level university preparatory English and 4 other university preparatory courses. The overall average should be equivalent to at least 70 percent with no individual grade below 60 percent.
Students may be admitted if they have completed the IB Diploma with a total score of 24 points and a minimum grade of 3 in required courses.
