The History Department provides an extensive selection of courses covering periods from ancient times to the present day, with a global geographical scope. These classes draw from multiple academic perspectives and examine diverse topics such as cultural, economic, environmental, gender, global, transnational, Indigenous, intellectual, labor, legal, political, and religious histories. Students can also engage in independent research, community initiatives, hands-on learning, and internship programs.
