The Gender Studies undergraduate program at Queen's University provides coursework in feminist, anti-racist, Indigenous, postcolonial, queer, transgender, and social justice studies. Learners examine historical systems of oppression, interact with contemporary culture, and develop critical analysis skills for everyday phenomena. Through diverse assignments including research papers, blogs, presentations, and creative projects, students hone their research abilities, articulate writing, artistic expression, and public speaking skills.
