The Culinary Management Diploma explores the growing regional trend of integrating wineries with dining establishments. Program highlights include studying food and wine combinations, along with integrated training in culinary arts, viticulture, and business management tailored to local industry needs. This two-year program starts with Culinary Arts training, including a ten-week co-op placement, followed by Business Administration and Wine Studies coursework. Graduates earn technical credits toward cook apprenticeship certification, accumulate apprenticeship hours, and receive academic credit for completed business courses.
