You'll concentrate on developing your unique designs while acquiring essential critical and business skills for success.

This program offers specializations in textiles or jewelry/metalsmithing, with optional courses in ceramics, wearable forms, and wearable technology. Learn from leading artists and designers in textiles, jewelry, and ceramics.

Our fully-equipped studios feature both traditional tools and modern technology to prepare you for careers as an artist, designer, or artisan.

Textiles students will produce original printed, woven, and experimental textiles for various applications including sculpture, fashion, and surface design, utilizing both conventional techniques and digital technologies like computerized printing, embroidery, and knitting.

Jewelry and metalsmithing students will craft fine jewelry and metal sculptures using diverse materials, mastering traditional fabrication and casting techniques alongside digital design and production methods.

Qualification Requirements

Successful completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
Grade 12 U English (ENG4U or EAE4U) with a minimum final grade of 70%
IB - A minimum final score of 24 points is required.

IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Academic - Score Requirements: Minimum 6.5 overall with no part below 6.0 (Academic Module).
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) iBT - Score Requirements: minimum total score of 84 with at least 20 in Reading, at least 19 in Listening, at least 22 in Speaking and at least 20 in Writing
