The Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician program teaches students both the theoretical principles behind wind turbines and hands-on maintenance techniques to ensure optimal turbine performance. Safety protocols are emphasized at every stage of instruction. Graduates leave the program ready to begin careers as wind turbine technicians and pursue advanced industry certifications.

Beginning with Electrician Foundation training, the curriculum covers wind turbine safety protocols and Electrician level 1 instruction. Following a six-week summer practicum, students return in autumn for Millwright Foundation training and conclude with a final two-week practical placement

BC Language Arts 11 Courses 4 credits earned, minimum individual grade of C+, or equivalent.
BC Language Arts 12 Courses 4 credits earned, minimum individual grade of C+, or equivalent.

IELTS score of 5.5 overall with no band less than 5.0 or equivalent English placement test and score.
