MIE's Mechanical Engineering bachelor's program is celebrated for its practical orientation, allowing students to bridge academic concepts with real-world applications via specialized lab and fieldwork experiences. The curriculum delves into design mechanics: examining component assembly and production methods to develop safe, affordable, and intuitive products. This four-year degree program encompasses courses in physics, risk analysis, thermal dynamics, biomechanics, and sustainable energy systems, plus an optional Professional Experience Year (PEY) co-op opportunity. Upon completion, graduates earn a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
