The Palliative Care program is perfect for nursing graduates looking to expand their core competencies in caring for patients with terminal conditions. Upon completion, participants will integrate their advanced training with existing qualifications to deliver outstanding support to patients and families navigating the multifaceted physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges of end-of-life care. Distinctive interdisciplinary learning opportunities alongside other healthcare programs. Eligibility for the Co-Curricular Record initiative, acknowledging student involvement, leadership, and extracurricular achievements beyond academics. Hands-on training using simulated patient scenarios.
Student must have a College Diploma or University Degree, in a related health care discipline (as determined by the College), or an acceptable combination of related work experience and post-secondary education
If you have earned the equivalent of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) from outside Canada, you will be required to provide proof of one or more of the following:
TOEFL - Paper: 550 (TESL: 600); Computer: 213; iBT: 79-80 minimum: 22 Writing, 22 Speaking
IELTS: 6.5 overall, No individual band under 5.5
CAEL: 60 - No band under 50
EAP: Completion of Level 5 English for Academic Preparation (EAP) program with 75% and no individual grade under 60%
