The iBA program caters to students passionate about examining global trends and international matters through the lens of Humanities and Social Sciences. This curriculum aims to equip learners with crucial knowledge and critical thinking abilities needed for analyzing cultural, economic, political, religious, and societal phenomena on a worldwide level.
While both the iBA and traditional BA degrees require 120 credit hours to complete, the iBA stands apart by mandating specialized international studies coursework and foreign language classes.
The gender studies specialization enables students to investigate societal gender constructs. This field examines gender dynamics and provides practical approaches for advancing equity.
Courses in gender studies generate fresh insights and perspectives, offering analytical frameworks for interpreting daily experiences (like media content and popular culture), contemporary affairs (including geopolitical tensions), and evolving social concerns (such as global migration and economic flows).
Duration: Four academic years including an overseas internship term
