The Level 1 Culinary Arts program offers comprehensive training in core cooking fundamentals, with instruction spanning essential subjects like kitchen management, food safety, nutrition basics, and knife handling techniques. This introductory certificate course can stand alone or serve as a stepping stone toward the full-year Diploma program. Through intensive practical kitchen sessions, learners master food preparation methods, ingredient knowledge, culinary theory, and plating skills. Experienced chef educators blend time-honored techniques with contemporary approaches during both theoretical lessons and hands-on kitchen training.
