This rigorous program is tailored for individuals holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Students in Applied Planning are united by their enthusiasm and drive to enhance community livability and promote sustainable development.
The Applied Planning curriculum develops practical planning competencies for professionals entering the urban planning sector. The program focuses on collaborative learning approaches, incorporating real-world case studies, hands-on projects, and essential skill development for planning practitioners. Alumni typically secure positions with municipal and regional authorities, planning consultancies, and Indigenous community organizations.
To earn a Post-Degree Diploma in Applied Planning through this 12-month program, participants must complete 15 courses. An optional internship opportunity is also available.
