Develop essential culinary expertise and hands-on training through the Culinary Management (Integrated Learning) program. This two-year diploma combines classroom instruction with professional internships, preparing you for immediate success after graduation. The Culinary Management (Integrated Learning) (H116) program was designed to address the industry's need for proficient graduates possessing practical kitchen skills and knowledge of key culinary developments, including local sourcing, nutrition, and global influences.
